Lunch Notes
- Put child's name, grade and teacher's name at the top of the lunch order.
- Make your selections by placing the number of items you wish to order for each day during the two week period.
- Total each day in the Total Due column.
- Total each week at the bottom of the total column.
- Please total your menu carefully!

- In order to process lunch orders in a timely fashion, Menus must be returned by the due date. A late order will be processed if a child is absent on the day the child returns to school.
- Please keep track of your lunch orders on your home calendar.
- Each family will need to send in a separate order form with payment to their homeroom teachers.
- Checks should be made payable to St. Matthew's School
- Please send lunch order and money in an envelope marked Lunch Order with your child's name, grade and due date on the front of the envelope.
- Please do not staple or tape check to lunch orders.
- Lunch money will not be refunded if a child is not present at lunch.
- Please consult the school calendar before ordering.
- If lunch is missed due to a snow day, a make up lunch day will be scheduled.
- If a child does not have a lunch they are to notify the cafeteria staff and your child will be given a choice of a PB&J, Peanut Butter Sandwich, or a Cheese Sandwich. They will be also given an I.O.U. slip to take home. Please return the I.O.U. lunch money the following day.
- Soft Pretzels will be sold on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
- Baked Chips will be sold on Thursday and Friday

2009-2010 School Year State Milk Program
St. Matthew School will be offering milk during lunch at a reduced price. Students in grades pre-school through 8th may purchase milk. This program will run from October thru May 2010.
You may pay for milk by the month, the semester, or the year. For our accounting purposes, it is strongly recommended that you purchase milk by the year or the semester. Submit payment (one check may be written for all your children) on or before due dates.
Please submit payment in a sealed envelope clearly marked with:
